On the morning of August 15, the company's leaders and trade unions gave high-temperature condolences to the company's front-line employees. The company's executive deputy general manager Dai Wenxiang, deputy general manager Zhu Yun, human resources director Liu Xin, and union chairman Qiu Jun distributed towels sunscreen and other heatstroke cooling materials to frontline employees.

At the same time, the company leaders and the union staff had a detailed understanding of the work situation of front-line employees and the measures to cope with the high temperature. And the production department should pay close attention to the care and protection of employees who adhere to the high-temperature front line, do a good job in the post of high temperature, timely change of posts, reasonable rest, avoid excessive fatigue &　heatstroke, and work safely in combination with the actual situation.
