Jiangsu Rainbow Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd.(RIC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.（RHI）. Founded on May 18, 2012, with a registered capital of 516 million yuan. The company is located in the national Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone.It is covering 450 mu of land and 130 mu of water area.RIC is located at the intersection of China's coastal open belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and is in line with the forefront of Shanghai and the center of the Yangtze River Delta economy.


As a saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. With its location advantages, Rainbow Industrial has stepped its first step toward success. The Company is located in Taicang National Economic Development Zone and at the junction of China Coastal Opening-up Belt and Yangtze River Economic Belt, occupying an area of 450mu and the central position of connecting Shanghai frontier and Yangtze River economy. It enjoys a unique location advantages, neighboring with the Yangtze River, connecting with Shanghai, echoing with Suzhou, adjacent with Changshu, and has the unique advantage of closing to the Yangtze River and Shanghai and having ports as its basis.

GENMA

“GENMA” is a Brand of Terminal Container Handling Equipment..Kalmar is an industry leader in terminal automation and low-energy consumption container handling, with nearly 100 years of product experience, serving ports, yards, container transfer stations and industrial customers around the world. Through this acquisition, RIC has obtained a core team with years of experience in port container crane sales, design and commissioning, which will continue to provide high-level support for future business.
RIC has acquired all the intellectual property assets and three-year trademark right of Kalmar Port container crane. With its own R&D, it has a total of 65 patents, including 26 invention patents and 39 utility model patents. Through the joint promotion by the two brands, it will help GENMA brand expand the global port container handling equipment market.

Taicang Runhe Port Co., Ltd.

Taicang Runhe Port Co., Ltd. (Runhe Port) was registered and established in Taicang Municipal Supervision Administration Bureau on June 28th, 2012, with the business scope include wharf facilities supply for ships, and service supply of cargo loading and unloading, warehousing, port facilities lease. The company constructed one general berth of 50000 tones as opening public wharf to the outside.
Runhe Port is a wharf for heavy cargos transshipment, with its plane dimension and structure designed for heavy and large cargos, and the average load of bridge approach to ferry as 40KN/m².
